Protection

Attentives® is committed to protecting your personal data. On this page we explain how we handle personal data. Attentives® is committed to safeguarding your privacy and therefore handles personal data with care.

Attentives® declares to comply with applicable laws and regulations in all cases, including the General Data Protection Regulation. This ensures that we at least:

  • Process personal data in accordance with the purpose for which it was provided.
  • The processing of personal data is limited to only those data that are minimally necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.
  • Asking for explicit consent to process personal data.
  • Have taken appropriate technical and/or organisational measures regarding the security of personal data.
  • Not pass on personal data to other parties unless this is necessary for carrying out the purposes for which they were provided.

Processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Handling online transactions.
  • Delivering orders
  • It concerns the following data (depending on the nature of the transaction):

    • address
    • postcode and town

    • (mobile) phone number

    • IBAN

Disclosure to third parties

Your personal data may be processed by third parties, if this is necessary to fulfil the purposes described above or legally required and permitted. For example, we use fulfilment partners to deliver your orders.

Attentives® never provides personal data to other parties with whom no processing agreement has been agreed. Strict agreements have been made with these parties (processors) regarding the security of personal data. We do not provide personal data to parties established outside the EU. To the exclusion of all other general terms and conditions, our general terms and conditions apply to all our agreements.

Retention period

Attentives® does not retain personal data for longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or required by law.

Rights of data subject

The data subject has the right to access, rectify, transfer or delete personal data.
It is also possible to object to the processing of personal data (or part of it) by us or by one of our processors.
